Timely blogathon as I was recently gifted several Carroll DVDs that I can’t WAIT to watch… but I think I might be unoriginal (!) and take The 39 Steps if it’s still available as I have been wanting to write about that for a while!

The 39 Steps is all yours. Such a good film! You should know that I have chosen it, too, but I hope that won’t dissuade you from reviewing it. I think our reviews would make a good tag-team approach to this film, no?

Great idea for a blogathon. Would it be OK if I join in and review ‘Fascination’, a little-known British drama from 1931 which is being released on DVD in the UK in mid-January?
I’ve recently started up a new blog, British Film Classics ( britishfilmclassics.wordpress.com ) which will be focusing on older British films, though there is very little content there as yet, so this would be an ideal topic for me there – plus I will reblog it on my Movie Classics blog! Hope that is OK with you!
