Can I please do a second post about Theo Kojak(as played by Telly Savalas)?

You bet! Kojak doesn’t get a lot of fan love these days, and I think that’s an excellent choice.

I had so much fun last year (Gilbert, The Lady Vanishes) and thought I couldn’t come up with something for another round of reel infatuation. And then it hit me! I haven’t been a Charlie Chan fan all these years for the great detective’s deductive reasoning alone. That handsome number one son of his has something to do with it. Keye Luke as Lee Chan is my guy this year.

The point of this blogathon – is it to write about a classic film star or character you’re crushing on?
LikeLiked by 1 person
It’s intended to be a film/TV/book character you’re crushing on, and it doesn’t have to be a “classic” character…but sometimes people discuss the actor instead, and that’s OK, too. It’s such a fun time that we’re not going call out anybody on a technicality.

Hi, there! I was thinking about how I’m often a contrarian when it comes to which male lead you’re supposed to become infatuated with. I’d like to write about how I became far more infatuated with Robert Mitchum’s character in Ryan’s Daughter than the heroine did!

Hi, can I change mine to Deckard Shaw (Jason Statham) from the Fast and Furious Films – not seen the whole of the Americans (still 2 series to watch) so can do him next year as worried for spoilers

Absolutely! No problem at all. I think that’s a good point re: spoilers.

Hi! My blog is Words Seem out of Place and I write a lot about film in general, and my favorite performances in particular. I’d love to contribute to your blogathon! I’d write about Angela de Marco (Michelle Pfeiffer) from Married to the Mob, if that works for you. I’ll do my best to get the piece done by June 8-10!
